The challenge
Before working with us, Jakob Cæsar didn’t have a website - and he wasn’t sure where to start. Like many creative professionals, he was busy doing the work, not showcasing it. He knew his lighting designs could transform a stage, but online, he had no place that reflected his talent or told his story.
He needed help figuring out what made him unique, and turning that into a digital identity he could be proud to show artists, venues, and bookers.

The process
We started by defining what made Cæsar’s work distinct - his ability to paint with light, using motion, rhythm, and atmosphere. That became the creative foundation for the site.
The result is a bold, immersive portfolio filled with animations, color transitions, and light effects inspired by his stage work. It’s designed in dark mode with CMYK-inspired color blends that move and shift like real light. Every detail - from hover effects to scrolling interactions - carries that same sense of movement and precision found in his live designs.
To balance all that energy, we grounded the site in clean, confident typography and a clear structure, making it easy to browse while still feeling dynamic.
The result
Cæsar’s new website became the digital version of his stage presence - vibrant, confident, and alive. It gave him a visual identity that finally matched the quality of his work, and it didn’t take long for people to notice.
